Stillwater Multi-Use Trail

The Stillwater Multi-Use Trail is located in the Town of Stillwater.  The main trailhead is located off Campbell Road within the Village of Stillwater.  The trail proceeds southward principally along sidewalks through and then out of the village and terminates at its intersection with an active railroad corridor, approximately 0.75 mile south of where this trail crosses Halfway House Road.

The information provided on this page focusses only on the southbound portion of this trail that begins at the trail access located just south of the Village of Stillwater off Railroad Avenue, near its intersection with Towpath Road.  A parking lot is available at this location.

This trail is wheelchair accessible. Access from each parking lot has an asphalt surface with the majority of this trail being a boardwalk.

This trail is wheelchair accessible; it has an asphalt surface.  However, access from the gravel-surfaced parking lot is only via Railroad Avenue onto the trail because of an earthern berm that separates the parking lot from the trail.  The earthern berm is visible to the right of the trail in each of the next two photos shown immediately below.
