Summer Hill Natural Area

The Summer Hill Natural Area is a preserved open space area containing a multi-use trail of approximately 1.8 miles in length located in the Town of Clifton Park.  This trail system extends throughout the Summer Hill, The Oaks, and Meadow Estates residential developments.

Beginning at its trailhead off Gloucester Street, this trail heads south across Clifton Park Center Road, Michelle Drive, Waverly Place, Summerlin Drive and Avenue of the Oaks (twice) before terminating a short distance south of 4 Leaf Manor.

There are seven access points along this trail; each offers the possibility of parking along the side of a residential street.  There are no designated parking areas.

  6. Avenue of the Oaks (south)
